Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join our marketing team in a remote work setup. You will edit high‑quality content across multiple platforms using DaVinci Resolve 20, delivering engaging visuals with strong storytelling and tight timelines.

Collaborate with marketing, videographers, and sales to align with brand messaging, create short‑form social cuts and longer videos, and add motion graphics as needed. We offer above‑market rewards and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing in DaVinci Resolve 20 (essential).
• Strong understanding of colour grading and audio mixing.
• Experience editing product, sales, or automotive-style content preferred.
• Ability to edit both long-form and short-form video content.
• Strong storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media video formats and best practice.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities
