Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Video Producer / Digital Content Creator to develop compelling video and multimedia content that strengthens brand messaging across digital channels. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging material, manage assets, and optimize workflows using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Media Communications, Photography, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in video production, photography, audio production, and post-production editing.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video and audio content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Produce internal communications, training videos, and instructional multimedia content.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of digital media assets for company-wide use.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to develop, enhance, and optimize video production workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying visual guidelines across all multimedia content.
• Coordinate production schedules and support other multimedia and creative initiatives as required.
