Job summary

Magic is seeking a dependable assistant to support a growing personal brand and coaching business. Remote role with a focus on content production, brand deals, and operational systems.

You will edit high-volume short-form video (CapCut), manage funnels (ManyChat), and craft premium client assets while coordinating with brand partners. The role requires strong English communication, executive assistant experience, and hands-on use of Canva, Google Sheets, Typeform, and LinkMe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing high-volume short-form video (CapCut).
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role for a creator, coach, or small business.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and ManyChat (or similar funnel and chatbot tools).
• Experience with social media content planning and brand deal or partnership follow-up.
• Strong written and spoken English, with comfort communicating over WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and execution from ideation to scripting, batch-shooting, editing, and repurposing.
• Lead the video production pipeline and manage outputs like edits, series episodes, and brand assets.
• Produce, edit, and batch high-volume short-form video; manage production trackers and episode buffers.
• Package pitch materials and support brand deals and collaborations; advise on sponsorships that fit the brand.
• Create premium applications, presentations, sales follow-ups, and coaching materials; manage lead intake tools (ManyChat, Typeform).
• Draft PR outreach and coordinate opportunities; follow up on PR targets.
