Magic, Inc. is seeking a Freelance Video Editor with remote work flexibility to support a growing coaching brand. You will manage content strategy, editing, and delivery across social channels, while coordinating with the client for brand deals and lead generation.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and proactive workflow improvements. The position is remote, 40 hours per week, with a compensation of $7 per hour and no benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing high-volume short-form video (CapCut).
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role for a creator, coach, or small business.
• Strong written and spoken English, with comfort communicating over WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and execution, including ideation, scripting, batch-shooting, editing, and repurposing.
• Lead the video production pipeline and deliverables (edits, series episodes, brand assets).
• Produce, edit, and batch high-volume short-form video, and manage the production trackers.
• Edit multi-episode series and build a buffer of episodes ahead of schedule.
• Package pitch materials and support the negotiation and triage of brand deals and collaborations.
• Advise on selective sponsorships that fit the brand, and track action items.
