Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will translate product requirements into usable visuals, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers, and help define interaction patterns and a scalable design system.

The role emphasizes accessibility, iterative design, and a strong focus on user experience in a flexible remote setting, with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of UX/UI/product design experience for web/mobile.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, XD or similar.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, and with remote collaborators.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: gather requirements via interviews, surveys, usability tests; synthesize into personas and journeys.
• Interaction Design: create IA, wireframes, flows; build prototypes to iterate on concepts.
• Visual Design & UI Components: develop high-fidelity mockups and a shared design system.
• Prototyping & Testing: build interactive prototypes, run usability tests, refine designs.
• Collaboration with Engineering: provide specs and assets for implementation.
• Accessibility & Performance: ensure WCAG-compliant interfaces; consider performance constraints.
• Documentation & Handoff: maintain design docs and component libraries for handoff.
