You will champion scalable design systems, conduct deep user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship key features in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or related senior design roles.
• Proven expertise in Figma and scalable design systems.
• Experience owning end-to-end product experiences from discovery to shipping.
• Strong background in product strategy and user research.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable design systems for consistency.
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct deep user research to validate concepts and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to streamline workflows.
• Implement Design Ops initiatives to optimize design processes.
• Define long-term design vision while overseeing feature execution.
