Job summary

Core-VA Solutions is seeking a Remote USRN Trainer with an active Texas RN license to coach and mentor remote clinical teams. You will deliver virtual clinical support, assess patients, coordinate care, and ensure compliant documentation across HIPAA standards.

You will work within U.S. business hours CST, leveraging EHR/EMR systems and telehealth platforms to support quality outcomes. This role offers full-time remote work with competitive pay and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license with Texas preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Solid knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review medications and support medication management.
• Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory initiatives.
• Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation and workflows.
• Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
• Assist with delegation oversight and process improvement.
• Support remote clinical coordination and administrative tasks.
