Gratitude Philippines is seeking qualified USRN Clinical Analysts to join our healthcare operations team. Candidates must hold active PHRN and USRN licenses and have bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as Staff Nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) and USRN licenses.
• Minimum 1–2 years bedside/hospital/clinical experience as Staff Nurse.
• Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.
• Resides within Metro Manila, within 25 km of the Quezon City site.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze detailed patient medical histories and clinical information.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments to help determine the most appropriate type and level of patient care.
• Review patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clinical teams to support effective patient care and improved outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records.
• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment when evaluating patient information.
• Continuously develop clinical knowledge and nursing skills to maintain high standards of healthcare service.
• Contribute to the overall success and performance of the clinical operations team.
