Gratitude Philippines is hiring USRN Clinical Analysts for a Work From Home (WAH) role in Metro Manila. Candidates must hold active PHRN and USRN licenses and have 1–2 years of bedside/clinical experience. The job includes reviewing patient histories, conducting initial assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Role is WFH with onsite recruitment processing in Quezon City. Preference for candidates residing within Metro Manila and within a 25 km radius of QC.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.
• Licenses must remain valid for at least 6 months from date of application.
• Minimum 1 year of bedside/hospital/clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories and clinical information.
• Perform initial clinical assessments to determine care level.
• Document clinical interactions accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment in reviewing patient information.
• Keep clinical knowledge up-to-date and maintain high standards of service.
• Support overall clinical operations team performance.
