Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our Manila team. You will review patient histories, perform initial assessments, and coordinate with doctors and care staff to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate holds a PH license and a US license, has 1–2 years bedside experience, resides in Metro Manila, and can reliably work with a wired 50 Mbps connection. We offer night differential, HMO from day 1, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PH nursing license and a valid US license.
• Minimum 1 year bedside or clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not training/internship).
• Alternatively, 2 years bedside/clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not training/internship).
• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment.
• Must reside within Metro Manila (within 25 km of the site).
• Must have WAH ready with a wired internet connection of 50 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review detailed medical history of the patient and perform initial assessments to help determine the most appropriate type
• Documenting patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient care
• Continuously developing your nursing knowledge and skills to deliver the most up-to-date care
• Contributing to the overall success of the nursing team and the wider organization
