Gratitude Philippines is hiring active US Registered Nurses (USRN) for our South Carolina Healthcare Account, based in Taguig & Cebu. This onsite training role moves to a hybrid/work-from-home setup after completing the training period.

The position requires USRN licensure, at least 2 years of surgical and case management experience, and hands-on auditing and review skills. A PHP 100,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a PHP 55,000 fixed monthly package.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (any mainland US license).
• At least 2 years of recent surgical experience in a hospital setting OR.
• At least 2 years of clinical case management experience with exposure to complex medical, legal, and consult reviews.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in nurse auditing, utilization review, and bill review.

Responsibilities

• Perform nurse auditing, utilization review, and bill review with accuracy and compliance.
• Review complex clinical cases and provide professional nursing assessment.
• Support medical, legal, and consult review processes.
