Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a USRN Clinical Analyst to work from home with shifting schedules. The role requires active PH and US nursing licenses and 1–2 years of bedside/clinical experience, with a site hub in Quezon City. Onboarding is fast-tracked for November 2026.

Qualifications

Active PH Nurse License and US Nurse License valid for at least 6 months from application.
Minimum 1–2 years of continuous bedside/hospital/clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Location: Must reside within Metro Manila (within 25 km of Quezon City).

Responsibilities

Perform detailed patient assessments and review medical histories to inform care plans.
Document patient interactions and clinical data accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with international healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to clinical protocols, SOPs, and healthcare regulations.
Continuously update clinical knowledge to deliver current evidence-based care.
