Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs Private Limited in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Accountant (Tax Support) to join our remote client operations team, supporting US tax and accounting processes.

You will handle escalated queries, US forms, and reconciliations, collaborating with US-based clients to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Prior experience in US tax or accounting and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct US tax prep, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and US payroll and sales tax basics.
• Experience with US tax software and cloud accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tax, accounting, and software tickets within SLA.
• Assist with US federal and state tax forms and compliance.
• Guide clients on bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Provide remote support via email, chat, or screen-share to US clients.
