Workstream is hiring a US Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist to join its remote customer success team. You will lead onboarding for small to mid-sized clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Workstream platform.

You will explain complex concepts clearly, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive confident go-live while maintaining precise client communication and training materials. This role offers permanent remote work with a path for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years onboarding new clients for a SaaS company.
• Payrollexperience with US payroll
• Strong spreadsheet/database skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end implementation and training to drive product adoption.
• Lead kickoff calls and coordinate with sales, CS, and engineering.
