Job summary

Globaltize is seeking an experienced UniFi Tier 2 Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across multiple client environments. This remote role requires strong UniFi networking, Microsoft 365, Windows support, and MSP or multi-client IT experience.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot independently, own issues through resolution, and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers while prioritizing work across different client

Qualifications

• MSP experience in multi-client environments preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills required.
• Experience supporting UniFi networking and Windows/Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated UniFi and networking issues.
• Configure UniFi networks, consoles, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT and VPNs.
