Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead expansion in the UK logistics market. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers ownership of the complete sales cycle with backing from an established logistics infra­structure to deliver world-class service to clients.

You will identify, pursue, and close opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations to onboard new clients efficiently while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the logistics industry with focus on UK market.
• Demonstrated track record in business development, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Exceptional English communication skills and professional email writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across road, air, sea freight, and warehousing services.
• Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through independent outreach and lead generation.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Convert prospects into active accounts with targets for new clients per month.
• Maintain records in the CRM to track communication and pipeline health.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
