Job summary

OffSec invites a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our global team, shaping the user experience of the OffSec Learning Platform and related sites. Collaborate to translate ideas into intuitive interfaces that educate and delight customers.

You will own the experience vision, build a design system, run user research, and ensure accessibility and usability across touchpoints from web to mobile. This is a fully remote, globally distributed role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Figma, Photoshop, Claude and Lovable proficiency.
• UI design portfolio; UX case studies a bonus.
• Knowledge of Usability Factors in HCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Produce the experience vision for the OffSec Learning Platform and its interfaces.
• Develop platform principles, standards, and design rails for cohesive UX.
• Act as UX expert to guide the organization on design standards.
