Job summary

Coforge is seeking a UAT specialist to plan, execute and evidence business-focused testing ensuring technology changes meet requirements and are safe for operations. You will review acceptance criteria, develop UAT strategy, scripts, data, and traceability, then execute tests and log defects with clear reproduction details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years in UAT, functional testing or business operations testing.
• Experience with structured test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability and completeness.
• Develop UAT strategy, scenarios, scripts, test data and traceability.
• Execute tests, capture evidence and log defects with clear reproduction details.
• Coordinate business testers and manage daily progress, blockers and defect triage.
• Validate fixes and regression impacts and support readiness recommendations.
• Maintain test artefacts, approvals and audit evidence.
• Support post-release verification and lessons learned.
