Job summary

IT Managers Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst (UAT) to join our team in Laguna. The role requires 2–3 years of experience, with an initial onsite month followed by a hybrid arrangement.

You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories, and design system flows and wireframes. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, maintaining project docs, and supporting SIT/UAT and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing.
• Familiarity with database concepts, wireframing tools, and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional, and technical specifications
• Design system flows, wireframes, and database structures
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Communicate requirements with stakeholders and the development team
• Maintain project documentation and manage project backlogs
• Create test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Support SIT, UAT, and system validation activities
• Review and validate deliverables for completeness and accuracy
