CO Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Tax Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and U.S. tax compliance for clients. The role includes transaction categorization, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing using QuickBooks Desktop, ADP, or Gusto.

The position requires preparing U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120) and assisting with U.S. individual returns, with tax mapping and client signature workflows via SmartVault or equivalent tools.

Qualificações

• Experience in U.S. accounting and tax preparation.
• Experience preparing U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
• Payroll processing experience with preferred Toast Payroll.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare daily financial reports for management.
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll using payroll platforms.
• Prepare U.S. business tax returns (1065, 1120-S, 1120) and assist individuals.
• Maintain tax mapping in QuickBooks and organize records.
• Send tax returns for electronic signatures and support admin tasks.
• Track accounting and tax projects using project management tools.
