Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to support a U.S.-based agency serving customers in the United States. This role is remote from Latin America and focuses on U.S. Personal Lines, especially Auto and Homeowners Insurance.

The ideal candidate has strong P&C insurance sales experience, excellent English, and is willing/able to complete Texas licensing as needed for licensing requirements. Houston, Texas training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong experience with Personal Lines Insurance.
• Hands-on Auto and Homeowners Insurance experience.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Willing and able to obtain the Texas insurance license if not already licensed.
• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel to Houston for initial training.

Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance to U.S.-based customers.
• Focus on Auto and Homeowners Insurance and other personal lines as needed.
• Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and other channels.
• Explain insurance quotes, coverage options, deductibles and policy details.
• Guide customers through the sales and policy-binding process.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote and sales information in agency systems.
• Meet sales, conversion and production goals.
