Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience training English language teachers.
• Experience working with teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training plans aligned with proficiency standards.
• Deliver interactive training sessions in-person and online.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate teacher progress.
• Provide feedback and maintain records of teacher performance.
