Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a treasury operations specialist to support daily cash management, banking portals, wire transfers, and merchant ID maintenance from a work-from-home setup. You will monitor balances, perform transaction research, administer P-Card program, and coordinate with internal and external banking partners to strengthen payment controls and ensure accurate records.

Sourcefit requires at least 2 years of related experience, attention to detail, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of treasury operations or cash management experience.
• Experience researching financial transactions and reconciling activity.
• Familiarity with banking platforms and payment security; strong Excel skills.
• Must maintain accuracy, confidentiality and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank and cash balances and investigate movements.
• Administer the P-Card program including setup and limits.
• Support banking portal administration and user access controls.
• Prepare wire and transfer details and verify recipient information.
• Maintain records of bank activity and conduct reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal and external banking contacts to resolve exceptions.
• Support payment reconciliations and merchant-related activities as needed.
• Prepare treasury analyses and identify processing control improvements.
• Manage merchant ID setup and inventory with processors and property teams.
• Maintain a complete MID inventory with linkage and settlement details.
