Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a creative TikTok Specialist to lead end-to-end strategy, short-form content creation, and community growth for a growing e-commerce brand in the culinary and kitchenware space.

This part-time remote role (20 hours/week) requires 3+ years of TikTok management experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to translate trends into engaging brand stories using AI video tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong, proven track record specifically on TikTok.
• Demonstrated success growing TikTok accounts or driving high-performing campaigns (portfolio or case studies preferred)
• Understanding of lifestyle, home, or food-adjacent brand marketing is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and platform culture
• Strong content planning, scheduling, and community management skills
• Experience with TikTok analytics and performance tracking tools
• Familiarity with AI video generation/editing tools (e.g., Runway, CapCut AI, Sora, or similar) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end TikTok content strategy for the company, from ideation to posting schedule
• Create, plan, and manage a consistent content calendar that reflects for the company's "Cook, Create, Share" philosophy
• Drive community engagement by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and building an active, loyal brand presence
• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and formats to keep content culturally relevant and on-brand
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategy to optimize reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with company's visual identity and brand voice
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging food/lifestyle content trends
• Leverage AI video creation tools to produce engaging, on-trend content efficiently
