Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Head of Affiliate & KOL Marketing to lead the full affiliate and KOL program, focusing on creator acquisition, onboarding, activation, and scaling across platforms. The role centers on TikTok affiliate growth as the brand’s primary driver of creator-led commerce.

You will define strategy, manage a high-performing team, and optimize commissions, content formats, and activation programs to maximize GMV and brand impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management.
• Deep TikTok affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop experience is required.
• Proven track record of driving GMV and user acquisition through creator partnerships.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Affiliate & KOL Marketing function: strategy, goals, and performance standards.
• Lead and develop the Affiliate & KOL team for scalable creator relationships.
• Define the affiliate program framework: commissions, incentives, and benchmarks.
• Lead TikTok affiliate program acquisition, activation, and optimization for GMV growth.
• Collaborate with Shopee/Lazada programs and cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns.
