Komforce is hiring a highly independent Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing for niche Salesforce talent, including Architects, Developers, QA Leads, and Solution Consultants in the Salesforce Industries ecosystem.

This remote/offshore role requires 3–4 hours of overlap with Sydney and emphasizes autonomy, rigorous process, data hygiene, and producing strong shortlists with tight pipeline management and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruiting or sourcing (agency or in-house).
• Experience recruiting for Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
• Strong research skills to independently find talent pools.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Highly organized with consistent tracking and notes.
• Ability to work autonomously with founder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent research and market mapping for priority Salesforce skills.
• Generate outbound outreach and maintain warm candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates and produce concise briefs with fit, rate, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications and feedback.
• Deliver regular pipeline reports and track SLAs.
