Job summary

Komforce is seeking a highly independent Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and first-stage recruiting for niche Salesforce talent. This remote/offshore role requires deep research, targeted outreach, and structured pipeline management with autonomy.

You will build talent maps, run outbound campaigns, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver regular reporting against SLAs, while working with a founder and global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruiting or sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for enterprise software / cloud roles, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong research skills to independently identify talent pools.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Highly organized with consistent tracking and notes.
• Comfortable working with a founder and high autonomy.
