WRS Health is seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge business goals and technical delivery for our cloud-based healthcare software. You will own the product backlog, guide epics into actionable stories, and collaborate with UI/UX, developers, and QA to ensure customer value and quality releases.

As a key leader, you’ll drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor the PO team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting user research and mapping flows.
• Healthcare software or health tech background.
• Strong decision-making under pressure with prioritization.
• Advanced analytics to inform product decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.
• Extensive requirements gathering experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for system issues and product inquiries.
• Gather and document client and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog for development readiness.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Collaborate with developers and QA for quality and releases.
• Communicate feature value to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor Product Owner team and set goals.
• Maintain internal tools like PTO trackers.
