Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of 8-12 software engineers. You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and optimize workflows to ensure high-quality delivery. You will report to the CTO and shape processes to support team growth and performance.

Requirements include 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years as a senior or principal engineer, and 3+ years managing remote teams. Proficiency in React, C#, and Azure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and hands-on delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software
• Coach and facilitate Agile ceremonies to improve predictability and flow
• Identify and remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, and capacity to meet business objectives
• Engage in architecture discussions to promote engineering best practices and security standards
