You will own technical direction and delivery for these domains, raise the team's operating standards, and modernize systems that have carried the product for years.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of engineering management experience in a remote or distributed setup.
• Hands-on technical leadership with production code experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic features in production.
• Strong API design skills and familiarity with modern SaaS architectures.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team behind the core platform capabilities used by clients daily.
• Define technical direction and deliver multi-quarter roadmaps with product partners.
• Embed agentic workflows and evolve the platform to enable autonomous testing workflows.
• Improve reliability, observability, and security while modernizing legacy components.
• Coach engineers and drive best practices in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
