AutoScale Ventures seeks a Technical Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for senior developers and other technical roles across its brands. You will identify, engage, and hire top-tier technical talent while building a long-term pipeline and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

This fully remote role in the Philippines collaborates with People and Development teams, leveraging tools like Manatal and structured interviewing practices to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven success hiring long-term developers (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps).
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, referrals.
• Screening & Assessment: review resumes and conduct initial screenings for technical and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination & Support: schedule interviews and keep stakeholders updated.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align with People and Development teams on hiring needs.
