Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate our nationwide network of field technicians from a remote location. You will assign jobs, gather customer details, and maintain real-time tracking to ensure timely completion.

Strong English, organization, and tech-savviness are essential. The role offers a competitive monthly pay of $800, with paid training, 15 days of PTO per year, remote work from LATAM, and opportunities to grow with a U.S.-based tech services leader.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Own a working computer (Windows only; Mac not allowed).
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Willing to undergo a background check if selected.
• Able to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, aligned with EST.

Responsibilities

• Assign customer jobs to technicians based on availability, location, and skillset.
• Communicate with technicians via phone, chat, or email to provide all necessary details for each job.
• Gather and confirm technical information from customers to ensure technicians are prepared.
• Maintain real-time tracking of open jobs, following up until the technician confirms completion.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and customers, providing clear and professional communication.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed.
• Meet daily and weekly assignment targets, contributing to overall team performance.
• Document activities accurately in our systems (CRM/dispatch software).
