Job summary

takemytasks is seeking a GHL Expert to join our virtual assistance team. You will create and update SOPs, configure agency and sub-accounts, onboard SaaS clients end-to-end, and build automations using GoHighLevel. Strong reporting and client-facing onboarding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel at the agency or SaaS level.
• Proven track record building and launching GHL Snapshots.
• Strong command of GHL workflows, triggers, and automation logic.
• Ability to produce clear performance reports from GHL data.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing onboarding support.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple sub-accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Agency and sub-account backend setup, configuration, and ongoing support.
• SaaS client onboarding — end to end.
• Workflow builds and automation.
• AI agent setup and management.
• Booking and payment system configuration for sub-accounts.
• Development of industry-specific Snapshots for SaaS clients.
• Bulk email campaign management.
• SMS and email response tracking and reporting.
• Products and pipeline setup and maintenance.
