New CAS LLC is seeking a Tax Accountant (Remote) to handle complex returns for clients abroad. You’ll prepare and review multi-entity filings, lead planning memos, and ensure timely sign-offs. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and clear client communication, with night shifts aligned to North American hours.

Open to Tax Manager candidates with leadership experience. You’ll mentor junior staff, standardize SOPs, and drive automation to improve efficiency during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years tax experience preparing and reviewing returns.
• Hands-on with forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state tax rules and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Tax preparation & review for complex multi-entity returns.
• Prepare planning memos and checklists for audits.
• Mentor junior staff and improve SOPs.
• Coordinate with teams abroad and manage e-file submissions.
• Document credits, elections, and multi-state issues clearly.
