Pear Tree is seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist for a remote role. You will identify and engage qualified candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, building talent pipelines to meet AU/NZ client needs.

You will work with your pod to understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS. Strong research, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in talent sourcing, preferably outsourcing/offshore.
• Experience with IT services and Microsoft experience a plus.
• Strong AU/NZ mortgage processes knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Excellent communication, outreach and screening skills.
• Highly organized with multi-pipeline management.
• Self-driven and proactive in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other platforms with targeted searches.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening and resume reviews for AU/NZ mortgage roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS.
• Collect and manage introduction videos and other materials.
• Coordinate typing assessments and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with recruiters to progress candidates through early stages.
