Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, or Operations.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruitment and structured onboarding.
• Experience using ATS and onboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and interviewing.
• Own end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance to deployment.
• Deliver foundational onboarding program and track outcomes.
