Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead niche, specialized, and executive-level hires for US-based clients from a remote, globally distributed team. You will build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, perform proactive search, and manage confidential searches with discretion.

You will source, screen, and select remote talent, collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, and drive end-to-end recruitment while maintaining ClearDesk’s culture and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong headhunting, niche hiring, and executive search background.
• Ability to screen candidates beyond resumes and assess fit
• Comfort with remote US time zone scheduling and global candidates

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for management, team lead, and director-level roles with high confidentiality and stakeholder management.
• Build robust candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Advise hiring executives on market compensation, leveling, and offers
• Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
• Use ATS tools to manage candidate data and recruitment activity
• Maintain high hiring standards and uphold company culture and values
