Qualifications

• Google Workspace administration including account setup, provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Linux environments, servers and related infrastructure.
• Strong DNS understanding with ability to configure and troubleshoot records.
• GCP or comparable cloud infrastructure experience.
• Ability to identify root causes, research issues and resolve routine problems.
• APIs and system integrations experience is a plus.
• Practical systems administration experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, provision, and manage Google Workspace accounts and inboxes used within the company’s email infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot domains and DNS records to keep accounts and systems connected properly.
• Manage and maintain Linux systems, servers, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and related infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues involving email accounts, servers, domains, system connections, configurations, and API integrations.
• Maintain the infrastructure supporting large-scale email outreach campaigns and perform routine system configuration and maintenance.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues before escalating problems that require development work.
• Research and resolve common technical problems independently without constant step-by-step guidance.
