PARADE is seeking a Studio Associate for remote work, with 2–4 years in art/design fields. The role blends art consulting, project coordination, and studio support across U.S. projects, with travel to HQ twice yearly.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, curators, and partners to execute installations and maintain project systems. Base salary is $52,000–$56,000 annually for a 32-hour week, plus profit sharing and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in art, design, architecture, galleries, fabrication, project coordination, creative production, or an adjacent field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Photoshop, Acrobat, Trello, Xero, Squarespace, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
• Experience reading architectural plans and elevations is helpful but not required.
• Ability to occasionally travel and work on site for installations.

Aufgaben

• Art consulting and creative support: review plans, renderings, FF&E packages, and design narratives to define artwork locations.
• Research to identify artists/works within goals and budget; build client art decks and mockups.
• Artist outreach: gather pricing, availability, lead times, and imagery for team review.
• Project coordination: translate programs into specifications, quotes, POs and production documents.
• Production tracking: place and track orders, check files, quantities, finishes, shipping details.
• Budgets/schedules: track costs, milestones, shipments, and deliveries; flag risks.
• Partner coordination: communicate with artists, framers, printers, fabricators, installers.
• Installation coordination: site access, deliveries, insurance, schedules; travel for on-site support.
• Closeout: prepare installation packages and closeout materials; resolve production issues.
• Systems: keep project and accounting information accurate.
