Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Cost Planner in the construction industry.
• Strong background in structural steel projects, large-scale fabrication and installation.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scope documentation.
• Accurate quantity take-offs, measurements and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess variations across multiple structural steel projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify scope changes.
• Complete quantity take-offs and measurements for structural steel works.
• Prepare variation pricing models and supporting documentation.
• Review design revisions and additional works to determine cost impacts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Contract Administrators on variation submissions.
• Maintain accurate variation registers and project documentation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on variation progress.
