Job summary

BizForce is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with advanced Revit expertise to support U.S.-based residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will design wood-frame structures, BIM models, and create comprehensive construction documents for design development, permitting, and construction.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and multidisciplinary coordination, with the ability to lead BIM coordination and manage multiple projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Strong Revit proficiency with BIM modeling experience.
Experience delivering complete structural drawing packages.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D structural models using Revit.
Prepare complete structural drawing packages for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Produce drawings: plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
Develop documents from design through permit and construction phases.
Ensure compliance with U.S. codes, standards, and project requirements.
