Job summary

BetterPros is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler with advanced Revit experience to join our client-based team. This full-time remote role requires working in EST and delivering detailed models from SD through CD for a variety of building types.

You will produce complete CD sets, prepare permit sets, and collaborate closely with a dedicated Project Manager who coordinates with the end client. Strong English, autonomy, and problem-solving will help you excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with high speed and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for redlines and document review.
• Experience on a wide variety of projects (condominiums, offices, medical facilities, car dealerships).
• Solid understanding of full project lifecycle (SD through CD) with US projects.
• Hands-on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models in Revit across SD, DD, and CD phases for diverse building types.
• Produce full CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare Permit Sets for submission to local authorities.
• Implement redlines across all design phases with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with a BetterPros Project Manager who coordinates with the end client.
• Identify missing information, detect design issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain autonomy while aligning with PM and project vision.

Are you a highly skilled BIM Modeler with advanced Revit experience and a strong understanding of how a wide variety of projects come together from start to finish? Do you enjoy working with autonomy while collaborating closely with a Project Manager who connects you to the client?

We’re looking for a BIM Modeler to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do:

• Develop detailed 3D models in Revit across SD, DD, and CD phases for a variety of building types, including condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial projects.
• Produce full CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare Permit Sets for submission to local authorities.
• Accurately pick up and implement redlines throughout all design phases with special attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with a BetterPros Project Manager who serves as the main point of contact with the end client.
• Identify missing information, detect design issues, and proactively propose solutions.
• Maintain a high level of autonomy in task execution while staying aligned with the PM and the broader project vision.

What you'll need to know:

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (required), with strong speed and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam (required) for redlines and document review.
• Experience working a wide variety of projects (condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and similar building types).
• Solid understanding of full project lifecycle (SD through CD), with proven experience working independently in US projects.
• Hands-on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.
• Experience working in collaborative environments using tools such as Autodesk Forms (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to manage and complete project scopes with minimal supervision while keeping the PM informed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify design and constructability issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and methodical approach.
