Job summary

EEI Power is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain architectural and structural models in Revit for construction projects. You will create LOD 300-400 models, generate shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project templates.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with ACC knowledge considered a plus. You will support clash detection and coordinate changes to align with project standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience for construction projects.
• Familiarity with shop drawing preparation and BIM templates.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; ACC knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of LOD specifications and BIM modeling standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain discipline-specific models (Architectural & Structural) in Revit.
• Model elements to LOD 300-400, including geometry, clearances, penetrations, and fabrication details.
• Generate shop drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and templates.
• Incorporate design changes and update models based on clash resolution and coordination feedback.
• Assist in exporting models to 2D CAD and ensure visual quality control before submission.
• Support BIM Coordinator in walkthroughs and clash detection processes.
