Job summary

Tutor Me Education 1 is seeking a Lead Tutor Onboarding and Coaching professional to ensure K–12 students—including those with IEPs/504s—receive high-quality, data-driven instruction in a fully remote environment.

You will onboard tutors, coach SPED strategies, build resources, run PD and coaching sessions, and support edtech tools and a Virtual Resource Hub, while maintaining clear communication with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Special Education (or related) and 3+ years K–12 SPED.
• Proven coaching/PD facilitation; clear written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in UDL, RTI/MTSS, SEL, accommodations/modifications, and behavior supports.
• Data-literate; proficient with Google Workspace/Zoom and listed edtech tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard tutors and prepare them for sessions.
• Coach SPED strategies and apply IEP/504 accommodations.
• Build SPED resources and planning templates.
• Lead PD and coaching via monthly webinars.
• Enable edtech and manage a Virtual Resource Hub.
• Support systems and family/school check-ins.
• Review lesson plans for IEP alignment and demonstrate lessons.
• Track progress with TME assessments and set tutor goals.
