Tutor Me LA LLC is hiring for a fully remote Lead Tutor position focused on onboarding and coaching tutors for K-12 students, including those with IEPs. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s in Special Education with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years K-12 SPED experience (teacher, case manager, interventionist).
• Expertise in UDL, RTI/MTSS, SEL, accommodations/modifications, behavior supports.
• Proven coaching/PD facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard tutors and prepare them for their first session.
• Coach teachers on SPED strategies and IEP/504 accommodations.
• Build educational resources and manage a Virtual Resource Hub.
