Job summary

Tutor Me Education 1 is seeking a remote operations coordinator to support onboarding, placement, and ongoing family engagement. You will manage schedules, communicate across teams, and ensure data accuracy for KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of remote operations experience, strong English/Spanish skills, and a solid understanding of the K–12 sector to support students and educators effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive professional experience.
• Strong English and Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Experience in remote operations and virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of K–12 education sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call new referrals to document learning gaps and needs.
• Update internal Job Board with student profiles for tutors.
• Confirm tutor-family contact exchange and weekly schedule.
• Send surveys to parents within 24 hours of first session.
• Audit attendance daily and address missed sessions.
• Troubleshoot scheduling or tutor friction with families.
• Outreach to lost leads and referrals.
• Maintain communication standards across channels.
• Coordinate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly check-ins with families.
• Update and scrub family data for KPIs and reporting.
