Responsibilities

• Respond to customer (LATAM) inquiries via phone and email, resolving issue and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet productivity and quality metrics (e.g. handle time, quality scores, customer satisfaction).
• Track and document cases, escalating when necessary.
• Follow up on tickets and transaction requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
