Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based organization in the promotional products industry.

You will source overseas hard goods, prepare pricing, and support the sales team with product recommendations, closeout opportunities, and marketing materials. You will build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure profitable work while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with sourcing/pricing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal clients and vendor base.
• Manage vendor base ensuring contractual compliance and financial efficiency.
• Negotiate costs and deliverables to maximize profit margins.
• Assist sales teams with sourcing, pricing, and problem solving.
• Quote spot and long-term business using negotiated programs with suppliers.
• Gather market trend information to inform decisions.
• Work with suppliers to improve margins and meet costing targets.
• Provide excellent internal customer service.
