High Scale is seeking a Junior Social Media Video Editor who can turn raw influencer content and studio footage into snappy, viral assets for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll own fast edits that capture attention within the first seconds and blend trending audio, text overlays, and platform-specific elements.

You should be fluent in English, with 1–3 years editing for social media, and proficient in Premiere Pro (plus CapCut and After Effects).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience editing specifically for social media.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects and CapCut.
• Understanding aspect ratios, safe zones, and export settings for all platforms.
• Strong English proficiency and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit Native Short‑Form Content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Remix and iterate: swap hooks, music, and footage to fight fatigue.
• Polish and enhance with captions, color, audio, and motion transitions.
