High Scale seeks a Junior Video Editor to join our post-production team. You will support Senior Editors by assembling footage, organizing raw files, and delivering high-quality versions for social ads.

You’ll learn fast-paced workflows across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, mastering cuts, pacing, music syncing, and basic transitions. Strong English and Premiere Pro skills are essential; After Effects basics a plus. This remote role offers growth within a fast-moving agency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of video editing experience (freelance or agency).
• Portfolio demonstrating rhythm, composition, and storytelling for social/advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Editors by assembling rough cuts and organizing raw footage.
• Create high-volume versioning for various platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with proper pacing and basic transitions.
• Manage assets and maintain organized project files per workflow standards.
• Perform basic QC to ensure export integrity before delivery.
• Learn from Art Directors and stay updated on trends in social media editing.
